Bookings and pricing

• All times are Singapore time (SGT, UTC+8), the local time at the facility.
• Off-peak sessions cost S$18.00 per hour (06:00–17:00, weekdays).
• Peak sessions cost S$20.00 per hour (18:00–05:00, and all day Saturday and Sunday).
• Members pay one credit per hour at any time of day. Credits are not affected by peak or off-peak rates.
• A slot is only yours once you receive a booking confirmation by email.

Holds

When you choose a time we hold it for a short period while you enter your details. The countdown is shown on screen. If it runs out, the slot is released so that someone else can book it, and you will need to choose again. Nothing is charged for an expired hold.

Cancellations and rescheduling

• Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice before the session starts.
• Where a credit is refunded, that credit must be used within 14 days — a shorter period than the original package.
• A session booked using a refunded credit cannot generate a further refund if it is cancelled.
• To reschedule, please phone the venue. Bookings may be rescheduled once only, and the same 24-hour notice applies.

Membership credits

• One credit buys one hour of booked time.
• Credits expire on the date shown when the package was purchased.
• Unused credits are forfeited at expiry.
• Credits closest to expiry are always used first.

Facility access

Your door access code is sent to you by email and is never displayed in a web browser. This protects the code from being captured in browser history, screenshots or shared devices. The code is personal to your booking — please do not forward it. If your code has not arrived, contact the venue quoting your booking reference and we will resend it.
